Driving Scale and Efficiency in Parts Planning

The core value of the ClearOps platform remains the ability to integrate fragmented data sources, create a unified operational picture, and enable OEMs and dealers to execute faster, smarter, and more reliable parts planning decisions.

Over the past year:

More than 85,000 parts order proposals were generated and accepted through the ClearOps platform, leveraging our new inventory planning algorithm. This algorithm intelligently incorporates historical demand data along with key inputs to calculate optimal reorder points and order quantities. The result is that dealers receive proposals tailored precisely to their actual needs, helping avoid overstocking or shortages.

The accepted proposals resulted directly in more than 7 million parts being ordered through ClearOps platform. This volume enabled dealers to be more efficient in their ordering processes, supporting faster service, reducing equipment downtime, and driving higher customer satisfaction.

Total OEM revenue generated by ClearOps exceeded 400 million euros, underscoring the growing importance of data-driven aftermarket processes. Through our advanced parts planning and connected systems, ClearOps empowers OEMs and dealers to optimize inventory management and strengthen the entire aftermarket ecosystem.
