Hannah is an experienced product manager with several years of expertise, starting her career at SAP before moving into the fast-paced world of SaaS startups in the automotive, health tech and now the supply chain and aftersales space. She has a strong focus on building customer—and especially user-first—solutions that drive real innovation.

At ClearOps, Hannah leads the Service Cloud, digitizing and transforming workshop and asset management processes from reactive fixes to proactive maintenance. By harnessing AI and predictive capabilities, she helps minimize downtime, reduce admin work, and keep teams focused on what matters most: machine uptime and customer success.

Fun Fact: when she’s not shaping the future of proactive service, Hannah is an avid road biker, bringing the same endurance and forward-looking mindset from the road into her work.
